A multinational team of scientists has discovered a giant dinosaur footprint fossil in eastern China, said to be the first of its kind in Asia. The scientists inferred that the dinosaur that made the track had a body length of some 7.5 meters. Researchers said the discovery should help shed light on the distribution and evolution of dinosaur fauna in China. Ethiopia's minister of innovation and technology has reported that the arid African nation recently planted more than 350 million trees in a single day. The planting spree surpassed the initial goal of 200 million trees and set a new world record, besting the previous record of 66 million held by India.
