유치원을 졸업하고 초등학교에 처음 진학하는 아이들에게 학교에 대한 두려움을 없게 해주기 위해 기획된 공연이 있다. 바로 연극 ‘노리야 학교가자’이다.  아이들의 감성을 자극하는 연극 ‘노리야 학교가자’는 학교라는 곳에 대한 두려움보다 학교가 재미난 곳이라는 생각을 하게 하는 아이들을 위한 학교 체험 연극이다.  2018년 10월부터 진행되고 있는 이 연극은 아이들이 지루하지 않게 볼 수 있는 공연시간 50분을 고수한다. 또한 공연의 시작에 참석한 아이들의 이름을 불러주기도 하고, 아이들이 공연에 직접 참여해 수업을 듣고 있는 느낌을 들게 하면서 아이들이 학교에 대한 긍정적인 감정을 전달하는 공연이다.  공연 내용은 1교시부터 4교시까지 실제 학교처럼 구성이 되어있다. 1교시 국어 시간에는 인형과 손으로 만드는 그림자로 동화를 구연하는 ‘쉐도우아트 인형극장’, 2교시 과학 시간에는 착시 현상과 전기의 원리를 쉽게 설명하는 ‘신기한 과학실험실’, 3교시 미술 시간에는 모래를 이용하여 그림을 그리며 함께 참여하는 ‘샌드아트’가 진행된다. 마지막으로 4교시 음악 시간에는 ‘아기상어’ 노래에 맞춰 율동하고 풍선을 이용해 만든 꽃, 칼, 문어 등을 가지고 아이들과 함께 즐기는 ‘들썩들썩 한마당’이 진행된다.  연극 ‘노리야 학교가자’는 아이들의 감성을 통해 학교에 대한 긍정적인 느낌, 다양한 수업들을 재미난 구성으로 각색해서 보여주는 작품으로 평일 오후 1시, 주말 1시에 대학로 이수아트홀에서 진행된다.   http://digitalchosun.dizzo.com/site/data/html_dir/2019/02/22/2019022280122.html

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries released the results of a comprehensive survey of marine ecosystems conducted last year on the East Sea, the eastern coast of the South Sea, and Jeju Island. It found that the eco-system has changed to such an extent that even the East Sea is undergoing a sub-tropical transformation. Rising water temperatures have altered the varieties of fish and seaweed showing up in the nation's oceans. More small red algae, which favors warm oceans, has bloomed. Meanwhile, large brown algae, which prefers cold seas, has decreased. And to top it all off, about two-thirds of the fish identified are species that swim in warm currents.

South Korea's household income inequality hit a record high in the fourth quarter of 2018. The average household earned 4.6 million won per month, which is up 3.6 percent from the previous year. But the monthly average income of the bottom 20 percent income bracket dropped 17.7 percent on-year to 1.23 million won. The drastic drop is attributed to more jobless households and increased number of households with a head aged 70 years or older. In contrast, households in the upper 20 percent income range earned 9.32 million won during the fourth quarter, which is up 10.4 percent from a year earlier. The government says it will raise the basic pension for the most destitute of the elderly by 20 percent in April.
