After visiting a heart specialist, the 61-year-old postal worker who admittedly had a host of medical conditions, died after an artery was nicked during a test.
Doctors tried to close the punctured artery, then injected a clotting agent. The woman was discharged from the hospital three days later and eventually died the following day.
