Michael Rotondo's parents took their son to court after he ignored repeated requests to move out.

He had been living at his parents' home for the past eight years without paying rent.

In February, his mom and dad gave him two weeks to vacate and said they would take whatever actions are necessary to enforce the decision.

They even gave him $1,100 to help him get his own apartment.

The son however says he's entitled to six months notice, but the judge said that rule only applies to tenants who pay rent.
